Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Express Shipping — $9.99 — 1 business day
• Free Standard Shipping — on all orders over $99

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high order volumes.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.) We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

International Shipping We ship internationally! Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer. International delivery times vary by destination.

Lost or Stolen Packages Vilena is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
